Students are responsible to the school authorities for their behavior inside and outside the school.
Student suffering from infectious diseases are not allowed to attend classes.
Disobedience, irregularity and habitual idleness justify dismissal from school.
The warning bell before class is signal for all to go to the assembly or to their respective class rooms. This should be done in silence, changing of class rooms between periods should be done in silence and in order.
All the students must speak English and Hindi in the school.
Care must be taken for all school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desks or damage any school furniture. It is forbidden to write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others.
Students are not allowed to bring money. Money should not be lent or borrowed and articles are not to be exchanged between the students.
No collection for any purpose what so ever is to be started and no meeting or picnic may be held without the previous permission of the principal.
No student should bring razor, blades or any sharp instruments to the school.
All letters and correspondence addressed to students are subject to the scrutiny of principal.
The student must look after their own property. The school will not be responsible for articles or money lost.
Students are strictly forbidden to use filthy language in the school.
The name, standard and section of the student should be clearly marked in all the belongings.
No books other than the (text books or library books) magazines or paper map be brought to the school without permission.
The principal has the right to confiscate books, newspapers, periodicals and any other items which may be considered objectionable.
Students will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
P.L.L. Sr. Sec. School provides education from Nursery to class X. Therefore, it is expected that the juniors are treated with love and affection while the seniors are respected. It means, there should be a perfect harmony between the juniors and the seniors.
The students, using unfair means during examinations, will face disciplinary action as decided by the school authorities.
The school rules can be changed without prior notice or reason.
Latecomers, uniform defaulters and children not doing their homework regularly will be sent home.
The school appointments will wear their respective, badges daily.
The students, using the school bus, will maintain discipline in the bus. The bus facilities will be withdrawn, if discipline is not properly maintained.
A sick child should not be sent to school. In case of an emergency, when the school doctor instructs so, the parents will be requested to take the child back. But, under no circumstances will the child be allowed to leave the school without an authority letter from the parents.
The students are not allowed to go to a relative/friend’s house from the school.
No birthday gifts, in any form, are allowed. The distribution of any gifts/sweets in the school is banned.
The school provides all the necessary equipment for sports activity during the games period.The students are not allowed to bring their own balls, bats etc. to the school.
Pritalian should take good care of their health and keep robust and strong.
Pritalian should always be friendly with others in and out of the school.
Pritalian should avoid vulgarity in talk and behavior.
Pritalian should accept whatever work is assigned to them as their rightful share. Pritalian should face difficulties courageously.

Parents are requested to go through their ward’s diary everyday and sign at the assigned place.
Parents are requested to spare their valuable time to attend the Parent-Teacher meeting along with their ward. Parents are requested to co-operate with teacher and school authorities as and when required.
Parents should encourage their children to actively participate in their Cultural Programmes, Sports meet and other school activities.
Parents should encourage their Child/Children to do the assigned work in their exercise books carefully and neatly which should be properly labeled.
Parents are requested to write their Telephone Number and Address and other Particulars on Student’s diary and intimate a change, if any.
Parents are requested to note that minimum 80% attendance of their ward is required,to be eligible to take the annual examination.
Please note that all tests such as weekly tests, monthly test, special tests and terminal tests are compulsory for the students and no exemption is allowed.
Parents are requested to deposit the School Fees and other dues in time so as to avoid late fee fine etc.
When you come to drop your children, it is important for you to be dressed properly.
Electronic gadgets/mobile phones, if found will be confiscated and not returned to the student. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the child.
Parents should not show any kind of disrespect for the teacher or school authority, if any complaint please contact the authority concern.
Strict discipline & Silence must be Observed in the Library.
Readers are requested to handle all Library property carefully to avoid any kind of damage to it.
Readers should not mark, underline, write, or tear pages from any Library document.
Keep the Library clean.
Keep the books back in their correct place.
No Library material can be taken out of the Library without permission of the Librarian.
If the books are lost, then the borrower shall replace the books of the same edition or pay the cost of the book.
All the students using the school bus are expected to be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.
The buses will not wait for the late comers.
The child should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
No student should come near the entry door of the bus until it has made a complete stop.
All students must occupy their seats immediately after boarding their buses.
The front door of the bus is the only authorized entrance and exit.
The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stop only, unless otherwise directed by the teacher in charge of the bus. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change.
When the bus is in motion, the student should not move around in the bus or project any of their body parts outside the window.
Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus.
The student will be held responsible for any damage to the buses caused by their negligence or vandalism. No student is allowed to eat in the bus.
Discarding of trash or food either inside or outside buses is not permitted.
Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited.
Only courteous behavior is expected all the time.
The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.
Under no circumstances will children be allowed to board another bus to fulfill social engagements.
The Buses are under GPRS- CCTV Surveillance.
Every student is expected to maintain an attendance record of at least 80% during the year, failing which he/she may not be allowed to appear in the Final Examination.
For any absence, a proper written leave application must be submitted by the parents. It should be supported by a medical certificate in case of long sick leave.
During working hours in the school if a student has to leave before time due to any reason he/she may first obtain the Gate Pass from the office by his/her parents/guardian.
Those who get 100% marks in class test and monthly test a Toffee will be awarded with a stamp through out the year.
